Return policy

  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your order date.
  • Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in good condition.
  • No refunds will be given without a receipt.
  • Only items purchased through jojopowpow.com may be returned to our online warehouse.
  • When we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund you against the original method of payment. Please allow a full-billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
  • Shipping and handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.
  • We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of the package.

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time at sales@jojopowpow.com.

Wrong size

Because the clothing item you choose is printed especially for you, it is your responsibility to check the sizing chart before you place an order to make sure it will fit you.

Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. First check that the size stated on the garment matches the size on the sizing chart. If it doesn’t match, get in touch with us at contact@jojopowpow.com and we’ll get you sorted out.
